32 channel solenoid controller

The solenoid controller was developed in collaboration with STEIM foundation. The electronic hardware controlling the 32 solenoids is directed by a MAXmsp patch. The computer and hardware are connected by USB.

The installation artist Terry Adkins (USA) uses this setup to create and play compositions on a 32 cymbal installation.
